LINIȘTEA este o perlă rară uneori. Într-un grup de 80 de copii mici, adunați împreună apare repede gălăgia, plânsete ale copiilor de 2-3 ani aflați în grija fraților mai mari de 7-8 ani. Aceștia îi cară în spate peste tot, o responsabilitate parcă prea mare pentru ei.
Uneori atenția copiilor este repede distrasă de gluma amuzanta a unui copil mai mare, sau îi poți vedea visători cu gandurile zburand departe.
La ultima noastră întâlnire am avut parte de o atmosferă diferită. Toată atenția copiiilor a fost îndreptată la BIBLIA CEA URIASĂ ȘI COLORATĂ, Biblia în fetru. Cred că a fost pentru prima dată când au vazut astfel de imagini prinzând viață sub ochișorii lor.
Deseori, se auzeau glasuri finuțe și firave: woooooow… wooooooow… priveau cu ochișorii țintă la imaginile vii și inima întreagă acaparată de poveste.
Le-am povestit, în limba malgașă despre Dumnezeu care a dorit să creeze lumea, un loc frumos, spectaculos. Un loc unde oamenii, creația Lui măreață să trăiască în armonie cu El, înconjurați de frumusețe și bucurie fără margini. Să oglindească măreția și splendoarea Creatorului. Ce s-a întâmplat mai departe, despre pericolul care amenință să distrugă întreaga creație, urmează să aflăm împreună în lecțiile viitoare. Timpul s-a scurs repede, dar cu siguranță în mintea și inima lor a rămas întipărită frumusețea acelor zile…ZILELE CREAȚIEI.
Sunt mulțumitoare Lui Dumnezeu pentru soțul meu Florin. Deși el se concentrează mai mult pe lucrarea de evanghelizare și plantare de biserici, se implică întotdeauna cu drag în lucrarea cu copiii, și ne este de mare ajutor atât în prim plan cât și în culise.
De anul acesta, am împărțit copiii în 2 grupe. Grupa de adolescenti, o trupă serioasă de 32 de copii, este coordonata de Andry și Ranja, doi tineri căsătoriți, dedicați în ceea ce fac și mereu gata să învețe lucruri noi. Urmează să avem întâlniri unde vom învăța mai multe despre relaționarea la adolescenți. Pentru o creștere sănătoasă în cadrul grupei, vor studia împreună cu adolescenții modele din Biblie precum David, Samuel, Isus Hristos…
Ne rugăm pentru înțelepciune peste Andry si Ranja, ca să înțeleagă provocările acestei vârste și cum pot să-i îndrume pe acești copii, pas cu pas spre o relație personală cu Hristos.
Suntem încurajați să vedem cum Dumnezeu folosește oameni atât de diferiți, să fie împreună lucrători pentru împărăția Lui, prin aceste întâlniri cu copiii. Fiecare moment este deosebit și completează întreaga lucrare. Denisa aduce bucurie în inima copilașilor prin cântecele pe care îi învață cu drag și entuziasm.
Tabita este mereu sârguincioasă în a pregăti și a preda creativ versetul biblic – Cuvântul atât de important în transformarea inimii și vieții copiilor. Clarice și Irene sunt două tinere malgașe, care se implică cu credincioșie în cadrul fiecărei întâlniri. Sunt fete responsabile pe care Dumnezeu le poate folosi în chip minunat în transformarea generațiilor de copii din propria lor națiune.
Dorim să-i mulțumim fratelui Gusti Rațiu și soției lui – Pușa Rațiu, pentru darul minunat pe care l-au făcut copiilor din Madagascar, Biblia în fetru în mărime mare. Este o unealtă extraordinară prin care Dumnezeu le vorbește copiilor de aici, copii care nu au acces la jucării colorate sau desene animate. Viața lor este grea, cu lipsuri elementare de hrană, apă de băut curată, apă caldă pentru spălat sau lumină în casă. Trăiesc zi de zi între ziduri cenușii, murdare neștiind cum arată confortul unei case curate, a lucrurilor normale și frumoase de care noi ne bucurăm ca și cum ni se cuvin toate. Uneori nu realizăm că tot ce avem am primit prin harul Lui Dumnezeu ca să folosim mai departe spre slava Lui.
Suntem binecuvântați pentru a fi o binecuvântare…

Silence is a rare pearl sometimes. In a group of 80 young children, gathered together, the noise appears quickly. You can hear the crying of 2-3 year old kids, placed in the care of their older brothers. They carry them everywhere, a responsibility that seems too great for them.
Sometimes the attention of the children is quickly distracted by the funny joke of an older child, or you can see them dreaming with their thoughts flying away.
At our last meeting we had a different atmosphere. All the children’s attention was directed to the BIG AND COLORED BIBLE, the Bible in felt. I think it was the first time when they saw such colorful images coming to life under their eyes.
Often, soft, faint voices were heard: woooooow … wooooooow … they were staring at the living images and the whole heart gripped by the story.
I told them, in Malagasy language, that God wanted to create the world, a beautiful, spectacular place. A place where people, His creation magnifies to live in harmony with Him, surrounded by beauty and joy without borders – to mirror the greatness and splendor of the Creator.
What happened next, about the danger that threatens to destroy the whole creation, is to be continued in future lessons. Time passed quickly, but surely in their minds and hearts the beauty of those days remained imprinted … THE DAYS OF CREATION.
I am thankful to God for my husband Florin. Although he focuses more on the work of evangelization and church planting, he is always involved with the work of children, and he is of great help to us both in the foreground and behind the scenes.
This year, we divided the children into 2 groups. The group of teenagers, a serious group of 32 children, is coordinated by Andry and Ranja, two married young people, dedicated to what they do and always ready to learn new things. We are going to have meetings where we will learn more about teenagers relationships. For healthy growth within the group, they will study the Bible models like David, Samuel, Jesus Christ …
We pray for wisdom over Andry and Ranja, to understand the challenges of this age and how to guide these children, step by step towards a personal relationship with Christ.
We are encouraged to see how God uses so many different people, to be together workers for His kingdom through these meetings with children. Each moment is special and completes the whole work. Denisa brings joy to the hearts of the children through the songs she teaches with love and enthusiasm. Tabita, always diligent in preparing and teaching creatively the bible verse, the Word so important in transforming the hearts and lives of children. Clarice and Irene are two young Malagasy people who faithfully engage in each meeting. There are responsible girls that God can use wonderfully in transforming generations of children from their own nation.
We would like to thank pastor Gusti Rațiu and his wife – Pușa Rațiu, for the wonderful gift he made to the children of Madagascar, the Bible in large size. It is an extraordinary tool by which God speaks to the children here, children who do not have access to colorful toys or cartoons. Their life is heavy, without basic food, without clean drinking water or hot water for washing, or even electricity in the house. They live daily between the gray dirty walls, not knowing what the comfort of a clean house looks like, the normal and beautiful things that we enjoy as if we all deserve it. Sometimes we do not realize that all we have, we received through the grace of the Lord and is intended to be used for His glory.
We are blessed to be a blessing …
